Your questions

When do I have to wear a mask on the ski area ?

Approved masks or neck warmers must be worn from age 6  on ski lifts equipped with cabins, within the lift pass offices, inside the closed lifts stations and while queuing at the lifts or at the lift pass office.

But do not worry, you can take the open air lifts and ski freely without your mask on and breathe the pure air of the mountains 😉

How to avoid contact and crowding when buying my lift pass ?

We strongly encourage you to buy or reload your lift pass online, directly on our website.

Your pass can then be delivered directly to your home ( allows 10 days between the purchase and the delivery) or picked up in the resort at one of our lift pass offices or a terminal.

In addition, paying by credit card is a preferred payment.

What measures are in place on the ski area to protect ourselves ?

Various measures, in accordance with the instructions issued by the health and government authorities, are in place since last winter and have proven their full effectiveness.
