Yes you can. Please send us a message on skipass@valthorens.com with your order number and your request.

First make sure that you have requested the “send to home” option. And then please send us a message on skipass@valthorens.com and we will find a solution.

Yes, some special offers are web exlusives : Saturday  skipasses, Grande Première etc.

Yes, to go to directly on the slopes without having to go to the ticket offices.

Yes excepted on a valid season skipass.

For example, you can recharge a Saturday special offer for Saturday 23 December on the 3 Vallées and a day pass for Sunday 24 December on Val Thorens.

If you want to receive your skipass by post at home:
Purchase it at least 10 days before your first day of skiing.

If you collect your skipass from a vending machine when you arrive : 
You can order until the last minute.

If you already have a keycard starting with 1-1614… :
You can order until the last minute.

Only cards starting with 01-1614… can be recharged.

The order number and the confirmation email should be presented for any later queries (lost card, technical problem). 
These documents will also be required in case of an accident if you purchased the Carré Neige insurance with the ski pass.

In order to get a free pass a proof of age must be presented at the selling point. Also for free skipasses of 3 days and more a photograph is required, which can be made with a webcam at the ticket office.
